All harnesses are manufactured to extremely high standards using raychem system DR-25 and can be designed specifically to each customers requirements, or by using bespoke drawings and designs as provided by the customer. This allows us to offer both one-off creations to multiple production sets.
We try to make it as simple as possible for our clients to work with us. By developing a strong relationship with each customer, we hope that they will contact us for any future needs. With this in mind, our electrical engineers can offer ongoing technical advice, fault finding should an issue arise, onsite assistance and event attendance, and regular quality and control checks using the Cirris test machine. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
All wiring and harnesses are designed to military/aerospace specification, therefore making the looms durable, robust and ready for harsh environments. Extra protection can also be added for areas that get hot or where there is a lot of vibration. Each wire is placed carefully within the connector with a service repair loop, and once all the wires are added a bundle is formed. This is then produced into a lay pattern and laced with Kevlar to ensure the bundle remains tight. Raychem DR-25 Heatshrink is then placed over the lay to make it watertight and durable, also using Raychem boots to ensure the whole harness remains water tight.
