From design to final inspection, we identify potential issues like splices and transitions. Our thorough inspection includes visual checks and CR Cirris testing, covering up to 1280 points on the wiring circuit for assurance.
THE FINAL STAGES – QUALITY FROM START TO FINISH
We then finish with our final test which includes another electrical test, inspection of dimensions, transitions and connector orientations and push back testing. Once complete, the harness is placed in a bag and sealed, with a test report included ready to be shipped. Our dedicated team are passionate about maintaining our reputation for unrivalled quality, which is why we work hard to ensure precision throughout the build of every product, from our engine harnesses to our electrical car wiring harnesses.
